President
Cliff holds a BEng (EEE) from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), and machine learning. He has extensive experience in clean energy transition, carbon mitigation, and climate technology innovation. As the leader of the SGD61-million SJ-NTU Corporate Laboratory, he has worked with venture capitalists, startups, academia, and government agencies to develop and commercialize transformative climate solutions. A strong advocate for decarbonization and new energy systems, he has secured multiple high-profile joint grants for Carbon Capture, Utilization & Sequestration (CCUS) projects and alternative energy innovations. Cliff has also played a key role in establishing industrial consortia and ecosystem collaborations focused on climate change mitigation, helping businesses achieve net-zero and ESG targets through advanced carbon reduction strategies.
With extensive international experience, Cliff has managed decarbonization programs across Asia Pacific, Oceania, SAME, the US, and Europe, integrating carbon reduction technologies into diverse industrial sectors. His expertise spans business transformation, sustainable innovation, and carbon market strategies, enabling companies to enhance productivity while reducing their environmental footprint. He serves as an Advisory Board Member at the EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy and a Technical Advisor to the National Research Foundation’s Central Gap Fund, supporting groundbreaking climate initiatives that drive impactful carbon and sustainability solutions.

Chief Executive Officer
Michael has extensive experience in the aerospace industry. He previously worked at Aritex Group's China office, contributing to the design and manufacturing of key components for Boeing, Airbus, and the COMAC C919 aircraft. As the CEO of Shanghai Tianya Aviation, he played a key role in Boeing’s first overseas delivery and training center, a joint venture with COMAC in Zhoushan, Zhejiang, China. He was responsible for material selection, procurement of tools and consumables in compliance with Boeing’s airworthiness certification standards, making significant contributions to international cooperation in the aviation sector.
Since 2014, he has shifted his focus to carbon credit trading, carbon finance, and carbon asset development. He has developed high-quality carbon assets across Central Asia, China, and Southeast Asia, working on projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation. With deep expertise in international carbon markets, he ensures compliance with leading standards such as VCS and the Gold Standard, enabling seamless integration into global trading platforms. He is certified in ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gases Internal Auditor Training by TÜV SÜD and Product Carbon Footprint Calculation by TÜV Rheinland, further strengthening his technical expertise in carbon accounting and emissions verification. By bridging financial innovation with carbon project development, he drives both environmental sustainability and long-term financial value, fostering impactful solutions for climate action.
Chief Carbon Credit Developer
Bushh has extensive experience leading forestry carbon projects in Indonesia, managing every aspect of project development from planning to implementation. He has successfully collaborated with international investors and is currently developing three carbon projects in West and Central Kalimantan (VCS 8667) and South Sumatra. His expertise spans project financing, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that each initiative meets the highest environmental and social standards.
As the developer and operational manager of PT Global Alam Lestari (VCS ID 1899), Bushh plays a central role in the execution and long-term management of the project, ensuring its success and sustainability. VCS ID 1899 is recognized as one of Verra’s six benchmark projects and serves as a flagship initiative under Bezero, earning an A+ rating. It is considered a model for high-integrity carbon projects, setting industry standards in biodiversity conservation, community development, and climate impact. Additionally, as a shareholder in several forestry concessions, he is committed to creating carbon projects that benefit all stakeholders, especially small communities. His focus on both environmental and social impact drives the development of projects that contribute meaningfully to sustainable development, fostering resilience and long-term carbon sequestration solutions.
Chief Technical Officer
Flynn holds a Master of Environmental Engineering from South China University of Technology, specializing in voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction projects. He has been responsible for the development of over 30 international projects, including forest and agricultural soil carbon sink development, as well as renewable resource initiatives. Flynn also led the development of the first plastic recycling project (VCS ID 4614), demonstrating his expertise in innovative carbon reduction solutions. His skill set includes field research, feasibility assessments, and the development of project applications, ensuring that each initiative aligns with international carbon standards.
With extensive experience in these areas, Flynn has successfully navigated complex projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions while optimizing carbon benefits. His work spans multiple sectors, contributing significantly to global sustainability efforts and climate change mitigation strategies. He is certified in ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gases Internal Auditor Training by TÜV SÜD and Product Carbon Footprint Calculation by TÜV Rheinland, further strengthening his ability to assess, verify, and improve carbon accounting methodologies. His deep understanding of carbon markets and lifecycle emissions assessment enables him to drive high-integrity, impactful projects that support the global transition to a low-carbon economy.

Blanche Wang specializes in carbon asset development and carbon credit trading, with extensive experience in voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction projects. Her work spans forest carbon sinks, agricultural soil sequestration, and renewable resource initiatives across China, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Ghana. She is deeply involved in project negotiations, development, and implementation, ensuring that each initiative aligns with international standards and maximizes environmental and carbon benefits.
With a strong background in field research and feasibility assessments, she manages projects from application to execution and carbon credit trading. Her expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes allows her to ensure compliance with international frameworks while optimizing carbon revenues. By leveraging her deep understanding of carbon markets, she contributes to the development of impactful projects that drive sustainability and support global climate goals.
